Shipping policy

Orders placed before 2pm IST on a working day are packed the same day and handed to our courier within 48 hours. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched the next working day.

You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as the parcel leaves our studio in Chennai.

Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat charge of ₹79 applies.

Metro cities usually receive orders in 3 to 4 working days. Other locations take 4 to 6 working days. Remote pin codes can take up to 8.

We currently ship within India only. If you would like a piece sent abroad, write to hello@laxmisha.com and we will quote you directly.

If a parcel is delayed beyond its estimate, or arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph and we will replace it at our cost.
