Returns and exchange

You have 15 days from delivery to return or exchange a piece. It must be unworn and unwashed, with its tags attached and in its original packaging.

Size exchanges are free. Write to hello@laxmisha.com with your order number and the size you need, and we will arrange a pickup and send the replacement once the original is collected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of the returned piece reaching us. Shipping charges, where paid, are not refunded.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on socks, bibs or hair accessories unless they arrive faulty.

Pieces marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
